Meet the Team
Coach Caroline is the founder and head coach at CES Educational Services LLC. She has a strong passion for empowering students towards self-directed personal and academic growth and enjoys watching their confidence and uniqueness develop. It has been her dream come true to provide all students with the opportunity to have a personalized learning experience. In her free time, she loves listening to all types of music, traveling and discovering new places and people, and cooking for family and loved ones.
Coach James is a vital part of our team at CES. His favorite subjects to coach are physics and math, but he is a versatile coach and can help your student with any subject they may need. He studied biomedical engineering at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. He received his masters of biomedical sciences from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in May of 2021. In his free time, James enjoys challenging baking projects and hikes with his dog Remus.
Coach Maryrose has had an extensive and accomplished career in education ranging from teacher up through Superintendent, Principal and Adjunct Professor. She completed her Doctor of Education in Educational Administration & Supervision at Seton Hall University. Coach Maryrose is an adamant believer in creating learning based on systems-thinking which address the many different learning styles and needs of students. She is a passionate educational advocate committed to promoting experiences through creative, interactive and collaborative learning environments. In her spare time Maryrose enjoys musical theatre, her pitbull Misty and spending time with her family.
Lauren works on the operational side of CES. Lauren graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Supply Chain and worked for three years at Burlington as an assistant buyer. Lauren was one of Mrs. Sofo's earliest students at CES and is excited to be part of a team that helps empower students to succeed. In her free time Lauren likes to volunteer, travel, read and spend time with her puppy Luna.
